Shipping policy

Current processing times:

I ship items 2-3 business days after your order is placed, but usually this is quicker.

Shipping

All shipping is handled by Royal Mail, therefore, I have no control over how quickly they will be delivered to you, although I do ship via Tracked 48 which means you should receive within 2 days if you are in the UK.

Lost or stolen

All shipping does include insurance, so please contact your local Post Office if you have any issues with delivery.

All international customers are responsible to pay any customs or taxes that your country requires.  

Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched, I will send you the tracking information so you can track your jewellery along its journey. The tracking can take a little while to update sometimes so please be patient.
